Mumbai’s dining scene has a new Italian destination with the launch of CinCin Bandra, the second Mumbai outpost from Aditya Birla New Age Hospitality (ABNAH). Building on the success of its popular BKC location, the new restaurant introduces a larger, design-led space tailored to Bandra’s vibrant social and culinary culture.

Located on the 13th floor of Mansionz One on Linking Road, CinCin Bandra spans more than 4,300 sq. ft. and accommodates 120 guests across indoor and alfresco seating areas. Offering panoramic city views, the restaurant transitions seamlessly from morning coffee meetings and leisurely lunches to sunset aperitivos, lively brunches and celebratory dinners.

At the heart of CinCin is its philosophy of “Friends become Famiglia,” encouraging guests to connect through food, drinks and shared experiences. Signature hospitality rituals include warm minestrone soup shots, Pistachio Orgeat digestifs, a roaming Negroni & Spritz trolley, birthday coffee liqueur shots and tableside preparation of Sgroppino, a refreshing Italian sorbet-based dessert.

The menu showcases ingredient-focused Italian cuisine with handmade pastas and Neapolitan-style pizzas. Standout dishes include Tajarin with truffle butter and fresh black truffle, Bombette featuring grilled pork belly and melted cheese, Crostini e Zucca with roasted butternut squash and blue cheese, and the classic Napoli Pizza made using San Marzano tomatoes and Fior di Latte.

Other highlights include Calamarata, a vodka-spiked tomato cream pasta, Diavola Pizza, Spaghetti Carbonara, house-made Panna Cotta, and traditional Tiramisu.

The beverage programme celebrates Italian aperitivo culture with signature cocktails such as Hello from Sorrento, Midnight in Amalfi, and The 1889 Secret. Guests can also explore a curated wine selection, including exclusive house wines developed for CinCin.

Completing the experience is Cincineria, the restaurant’s specialty coffee programme inspired by neighbourhood cafés across Italy, bringing authentic coffee culture to Bandra’s evolving lifestyle scene.

With its rooftop setting, Italian-inspired hospitality, handcrafted cuisine and immersive social experiences, CinCin Bandra is poised to become one of Mumbai’s most talked-about new restaurant openings.
